What information is collected

The Diagnostic Expert website collects the information you choose to submit through the contact form and the request a quote form: your name, email address, and any company, role, industry, country, reason and message you provide. No account creation is required to submit a form.

First-party analytics

This website also records basic, first-party, cookie-less analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from: the page path, the referring page (if any), the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign parameters from the URL (if present), and the type of a small number of on-site events, such as a click on a "Buy on Etsy" or "Buy on Gumroad" link or a submitted form. This data is stored on Diagnostic Expert's own database, not shared with a third-party advertising or analytics network. No IP address, browser or device identifier (user agent) is stored, no cookie or localStorage identifier is set for this purpose, and nothing here is combined into a profile of an individual visitor. Any personal data included in this analytics data is limited to what you already provide through the contact or quote request form, described above.

Why it is collected

This information is stored so that Jawad, the person behind Diagnostic Expert, can read your request and respond to you by email. It is not sold, rented or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database associated with this website for the purpose of responding to your request and keeping a record of past inquiries. An optional Google advertising tag is loaded only after you accept the advertising measurement banner. If you refuse, that tag is not loaded.

Purchases on Etsy and Gumroad

Product purchases happen on Etsy or Gumroad, not on this website. Any payment or order information you provide when buying a product is handled directly by Etsy or Gumroad under their own privacy policies, not by Diagnostic Expert.
